Welcome to The Gratitude Project, a weekly subscription blog post about the practice of gratitude and appreciation.
The project was started in June 2009 as a 30-day experiment. Feedback from readers was so positive that I kept writing posts for another 30 days. And another. And here I am, more than a year later, still writing.
I’ve learned that there are significant benefits in implementing a simple practice of gratitude and appreciation, especially if it is done consistently and over time.
It’s also been practiced in the form of mystic or divine gratitude and appreciation, the essence of which can be practiced on a deeply personal level.
And while it is simple, it is not necessarily easy. Like other practices that can create profound and positive change, it takes discipline.
My intention is to be of help in that process, to give you support and resources that inspire and motivate you, and to provide a forum of like-minded people who provide feedback and additional support in the process.
Interested in learning more? Each week on Fridays, a new post is published for The Gratitude Project on this website that is also available by (free) email subscription. This is an interactive forum for readers, subscribers and authors to share information about how the practice of gratitude and appreciation can and does positively influence our lives.
You can also follow me on Facebook (Felicia Ann Libo) or on Twitter (feliciannlibo), where The Gratitude Project posts also appear weekly.
